Let us wow your guests with Austin's finest super premium ice cream and great customer service. We cater events large and small and can customize a quote to meet your specific needs. We offer a wide range of products and flavor choices.

In addition to super premium ice cream, we offer non-dairy, vegan sorbet

(and shaved ice option with food trailer service).

Additional product offerings to enhance frozen treat catering: fruit salad, canned soft drinks, bottled water, lemonade drink service. Just let us know what you have in mind.

General pricing listed below. Delivery or catering 'per serving' price includes ice cream (~7 oz serving in cup), toppings, napkins and spoons. Please complete the catering request form below and we will get back to you with a detailed quote.

More Information:

- Less than 100 guests: We can deliver. Just choose your flavor from a list and we can provide with or without toppings. Minimum order of 20 servings for delivery. (~ 7 oz serving in cup with lid; toppings, napkins, spoons). Delivery fee based on travel/distance.

- Don't know how many guests will choose ice cream?: We got you covered - we charge for total number served vs. making you commit to an exact number of servings in advance; we ask for a 'minimum' and then commit to a range. This is ideal if you do not have a firm number on how many of your guests will arrive and/or want ice cream. We will ask for a range and work a quote up to fit your needs.

Other services:

- Do you need other snacks or drinks? - just ask.

- We can make up fresh fruit bowls, bring ice cold soft drinks and bottled water. We offer non-dairy sorbet with ice cream catering. And, we can offer shaved ice with our food trailer service or larger indoor events.

We have catering experience with events small and large. We have catered many informal company parties with just a couple dozen guests. And, we have managed large venues where there has been thousands in attendance and needed to be served within a couple of hours.

We pride ourselves on our fast and always friendly service. We have worked COTA events with over 10,000 in attendance (such as Formula 1, MOTO GP, NASCAR, Auditorium Shores 4th of July). And, private/corporate events where hundreds need to be served in less than one or two hours and guests will receive genuine, friendly customer service, they will not be rushed and even the last guest will receive a choice of flavor. Experienced with corporate catering, building management tenant events and more. We ensure everyone is treated special and gets choice of flavor whether ordering first or last.
